This is a simple utility that opens a given URL in the background.  I
use it as my chat client's external URL opening command, because I tend
to open stuff to read later, and I don't like the browser coming to the
front.

At the moment, it is distributed an XCode project, source only, since
I don't have a 10.3 system around to build on.  When Tiger comes out,
I will put up a compiled version.
